A story of Italian and Lebanese cuisine…
At the heart of this fusion is Italian chef Bovini. Married to Maya, a proud Lebanese woman who shared with him all the secrets of her rich culinary heritage. Together with his friend and business partner Charbel, also Lebanese, they opened what would become a unique culinary destination, Bovin Restaurant & Cafe.
It all began in Italy in the mid-90s, where Chef Bovini pursued his culinary studies and worked across various Italian cities, immersing himself in local flavors and traditions. In 2013, he arrived in the UAE. Around that same time, his love for Lebanese cuisine blossomed, hand in hand with his love story with Maya, a native of Beirut.
From their union came their son, Angelo, the living symbol of two rich culinary worlds coming together. And from that same spirit of fusion was born BOVINI: a chef wholly dedicated, by love and passion, to Italian and Lebanese cuisine.
This is the restaurant—or as we say in Arabic, the "Mathaam", where you can savor authentic Lebanese and Italian dishes.

In addition to our delightful breakfast starting at 7:30 AM, we serve lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and for your special occasions, we also offer a catering service that's anything but ordinary!
